Question:
(Mozeta) Is Vegeta able to go SSJ3? I didn't
see GT when he went SSJ4 but in the games he just skips SSJ3 and goes
right to 4.
Answer:
No,
Vegeta has never gone Super Saiyan 3. In fact, on his own, the only form
he ever reached was plain old Super Saiyan. He could only reach Super
Saiyan 2 while under Babidi's Majin Curse, and Super Saiyan 4 was only
reached when he took in an extreme amount of false Blutz Waves. So really,
Vegeta has never had much luck with being a Super Saiyan =P
However, although it's not proven, have you noticed how Goku and Gotenks
both first reached Super Saiyan 3 in a different Dimension? Goku learned
it in Other World, and Gotenks in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
Very good points... but a little addition: Vegeta DID reach Super Saiyan
2 on his own. He transformed against Buu, even after the curse from Babidi
was broken. He would have lost the power with the lifting of the curse...also,
he mentions somewhere (I think it's after Goku beats Yakon) that "he's
broken through the Super Saiyan wall AS WELL"
Vegeta was a J2, but he was nowhere near Goku's level, as he had been
training in other world... but you're right, it's never stated that only
full blooded saiyans turn j3
Hmm, interesting... Are you talking about when he was fighting Fat Buu?
Cuz to my knowledge, he was still technically Majin at the time, as he
had the M on his forehead, but he had just broken out of Babidi's control.
I'm not 100% positive about this now, you got me thinking, lol
Question:
(VarroZ)How come in the Buu Saga and beyond there
seems to be a lack of speed? The only time I saw an evolution in speed
was when Vegeto and Gohan absorbed Buu was moving so fast they appeared
to not be moving at all. I think it was a mistake making the fighters
move so fast from the Saiyan Saga but since that happened it seems nobody
has gotten faster but a tiny bit slower.
Answer:
A
very good point, and one that there is only partial answers for. I believe
the answer to this is basically the same as why the "5 Minutes"
Frieza said it would take for Namek to be destroyed lasted hours of actual
TV time. My thought is that they're always moving like they were in the
Saiyan Saga. I remember when Gohan first saw people moving like that,
he couldn't see any of it, but eventually learned to. I think, to keep
up with the immense action of DBZ, the Camera itself actually "Learned"
how to slow down the action, so it's visible to the Human eye. In other
words, I believe they are still moving incredibly fast, but what you actually
are watching is kinda a slowed down version of the real action.
Question:
(Mozeta)In GT, If the black star dragonballs aren't
brought back to the planet the wish was made on in a year, the planet
is suppose to explode. Well when they were brought back, Baby used them
to wish back the planet. I don't remember them looking for them again.
All I know is that after Super 17 was defeated they found the normal dbs
and they were broken. What happened to the black star dragonballs?
And why doesn't the Earth blow up?
Answer:
It was briefly mentioned in GT during one episode after beating Baby about
the Dragon Balls. Apparantly, since Goku's an Adult while Super Saiyan
4, he can Instant Transmission to each of the Dragon Balls, and return
them home. GT and it's subpar plots, I tell you...
Question:
(VerroZ)How come when people
give their power to Goku he does not go like SS4 or something? As
far as I know most people who give him the power is over a Super Saiyan
so a combinations of like 4 or 5 SS would be tremendous.
Answer:
Indeed,
recieving power from multiple Super Saiyans or above can give you a great
deal of power, that's why it makes Goku so strong when he does it. However,
the reason he doesn't reach a new Super Saiyan form is that none of them
are completely based off of Power Level. Like the traditional Super Saiyan
2 is reached through Anger, Super Saiyan 3 is more or less based on incredible
training (Possibly only while in another dimension, too) and Super Saiyan
4 is only reached when a Saiyan intakes 10 times the Blutz Waves of a
Full Moon (Like the amount a whole planet would reflect). That's why it
doesn't.
Question:
How come when Buu went inside Vegito he did not bust?(And I think
that has nothing to do with Hyper Evolution). He was bigger because of
the goo in his system, and when Vegito concealed him, his arm did not
explode
Answer:
. Good question,
and I agree it has nothing to do with any of the Saiyan's unique qualities
like Hyper Evolution. This question is more answered by the Enigmatic
Buu himself. His body can materialize to basically whatever shape or size
he wants, so my guess is that Vegito overpowered Buu while he was inside
him, making it so Buu couldn't move freely through the Saiyan, and was
contained in a certain area. Now, since that area was much smaller, Buu
had to make himself smaller, so he could fit in it.
