Question:
(VerroZ)How come during the tournament in other world the announcer
said that you shouldn't care about dying because you're already dead yet
when Krillin and Yamcha are fighting Kid Buu, Goku or somebody said that
if they died they would not exsist in this world?
Answer:
*Sigh* Yes,
that is one of the many inconsistancies of DBZ Life after Death. I've
been working my mind for a long time trying to get that particular section
of DBZ figured out for a long time, and unfortunately haven't had the
best of luck. So, at this point, I say you've stumped me, I can't find
any answer that isn't almost entirely based off guess-work, but one farfetched
possibility is that Grand Kai set up something special so that anyone
who died in that specific even wouldn't meet the same critical end. Although,
there is absolutely nothing mentioned to back this theory up, so I mainly
just have to answer "I don't know."
Question:
(Super Goku)How did Krillin Come back after he died the second time
on Namek? One was on Dragonball, the other time was on Namek. And
the Dragon once said "you can't be brought back more than two times."
Answer:
In Dragonball
he was brought back by the Earth dbs. In DBZ the Namek ones were used.
Mozeta answered
that Question, but let me just clarify a little... The first time Krillin
was brought back, was with the Earth Dragon Balls, and Shenron, the Earth
Dragon, only has the power to bring someone back to life once. The second
time Krillin was brought back, although still on Earth, it was the Namekian
Dragon Balls that they used, and Purunga is able to wish people back to
life as many times as needed, as long as they didn't die of natural causes.
(Super Goku)But the Namek balls were turned to stone before Krillin Exploded.
If you watch
that area of the Frieza Saga near the end, you'll see that when Guru was
brought back, he transfered the power to be kinda "Keeper of the
Dragon Balls" to Mori (I believe that's how he's referred to), so
the Namek Dragon Balls were still around.
Question:
(VarroZ) How come Turles(Movie 3: Tree of Might) seems to be Goku's
twin? Maybe he is Bardock's bro or great grandfather?
Answer:
Oh boy, Turles
questions. Before I start to answer these, I want everyone to understand
that this particular Movie made little to no sense storyline wise, and
there really isn't any concrete proof of anything that you didn't see
in the Movie. Hence, Turles could be almost anyone, they never explained
why he looks exactly like Goku. Although, one theory I have come up with
is that he could be Goku's Cousin. I have an educated reason to believe
that Bardock had an older Sibling, by looking at a certain family trend.
You see, Goku is the second child (Older brother is Raditz, for those
who forgot), and he has that hair. Goten is the second child, and also
has it. Hence, it would be logically possible that Bardock is also a second
born, and hence, his older brother/sister could of had two kids as well,
the second one being Turles! Kind of out there, yes, and remember this
is all guesswork, but there is a decent amount of reason for me to think
this could be.
Question:
(VarroZ) How come Turles had henchmen that were not his race? I
thought that saiyans could only have low-class saiyan henchmen.
Answer:
Even though
it never explained how the enigmatic Turles survived the destruction of
Planet Vegeta, it would have been by a twist of fate only. Not many Saiyans
survived, so he wouldn't really have much of an option to have Saiyan
Henchmen. And he was, I'm sure, in need of Henchmen, so he must have recruited
from differant Races. Not really surprising to me. Actually, I would have
found it harder to believe if his Henchmen were Saiyans.
Question:
(VarroZ)What is Turles's bio and orgin and stuff?
Answer:
Again, Turles
really wasn't explained, and since he was never made by Toriyama, there
really isn't an "official" explanation, just educated guesses.
Question:
(Mozeta) Is it true that Akira Toriyama was originally going to end
DBZ with the Cell Saga?
Answer:
Yuppers,
he was! He wanted to stop at the Cell Saga, with Gohan just going angry,
but not transforming. He didnt want to strong of a SSJ transformation,
but he was pressed on by Funimation and fans, and did it for all our pleasure.
But after that, he didnt want to continue, seeing as characters would
get TOO strong, and fighting would be too repetitive. But, again, due
to popular demand, he continued with a few more sagas, one more enemy,
and a few more closing ideas
But if you look at the end of the Cell Saga, it's all tied together to
end the series...
* Goku dies, and plans to stay dead.
*Vegeta plans after the battle with cell to never fight again (according
to the mangas) because of Goku's death and their not settling their score.
(Piccolo also chooses the hermit, nonfighting life at Dendes lookout)
*Gohan quits fighting to study and become a scholar
*Tien and Chiaotzu fly off somewhere, never to return (until the Buu
Saga, of course)
*And of course, after the regular timeline was saved, Trunks' timeline
was also cleaned up, marking the final episode of the series.
So, you see, the stage was set for Akira to roll the credits and put
away his pens...but because of popular demand, he reluctantly re-opened
the drawer, and continued drawing.
Question:
(VerroZ)What race is Mr. Popo?
Answer:
One
source of ours classifies Mr Popo as the race of Genies:
"Genies - A race of peaceful creatures who do not have the ability
to grant wishes. Mr. Popo is a genie, although he doesn't look like it,
he is a great fighter. They use magic carpets to go long distances and
are pretty agile. Mr. Popo is the assistant to whoever it is that happens
to be Earth Guardian at the time."
Question:
(Wolf Blade) What
if Goku hit his head again and got his memory back... would he be evil,
good, or rogue-ish?
Answer:
He doesnt need to be hit on the head. He already knows all that he can
know about his past and about his mission. It was revealed to him by Raditz.
If he were to turn a new leaf, he would have done so at the beginning
of the Saiyan Saga.
Question:
(VarroZ) If Goku was able to go Kaio-Ken x20
right before he used the Spirit Bomb on Frieza, would he be at a kaio-ken
power of...lets say 1,000 by the end of the Buu saga? Heres another.
Is kaio-ken x20 the same as Super Kaio-ken (Also I want to point out that
I only see Super Kaio-ken once or twice in the whole DBZ episodes)? Yet
another one. How come after the Frieza saga Goku just stopped using Kaio-ken?
Answer:
1)
The 20-fold Kaio-ken was the highest ever recorded for ever powering up.
It was probably waaay too risky to try past 20. But another answer for
this question can be found in number 3!
2) No it isnt...Kaioken x20 is just that: Goku's power x20. Super kaioken
is a LITTLE more: it's halfway in between Super Saiyan and Kaioken. he
only reaches it in the Lord Slug movie. it's also referred to as the "fake"
Super Saiyan or "incomplete" or, quite simply: CHEATING! lol
3) Shadow Master hit the spot! ("Goku probably stopped using Kaio-ken
after the Frieza saga because Super Saiyan was better and it didn't strain
his body.") Super Saiyan is MUCH more efficient than Kaioken. plus,
it didn't mess up his body at all, especially when he learned how to train
it. Just take a look at how powerful SSJ1 is: at Kaioken x20, Goku was
no match for HALF of Frieza's power. but at SSJ1, he was more powerful
than his FULL strength...just a little, but still enough to make the fight
RELATIVELY easy (if you look at the mangas it was much easier for Goku
to take out Frieza than in the cartoon, he didnt even break a sweat in
the mangas lol)
There ya go!
